Every piece is handmade with care, and I want you to love what you receive. Here's how I handle returns, exchanges, and any issues.
Workmanship Guarantee
I stand behind my work. If a seam, drawstring, cord end, or cord lock fails due to a construction defect within 30 days of delivery, please reach out and I'll make it right with a repair or replacement. Just include a photo and a quick description of the issue.
What's Not Covered
This guarantee doesn't cover normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage from washing or use. Please follow the care instructions to keep your items in their best shape.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged if they're unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Noa’s Booboo’s & Custom Orders
Noa’s Booboo’s are sold as-is at a reduced price and are not eligible for return based on their noted flaw. Because custom orders are made just for you, they're final sale.
A Note on the Ring Sling Washing Cover
The washing cover is designed to protect your sling's rings and your machine during washing, and it's wash-tested through real cycles. That said, it can't guarantee against every outcome. Please continue to follow your ring sling manufacturer's washing instructions.
